DC Rally and Multiple Caravans: ‘End the Cuban Embargo!’ ‘Stop the Sanctions!’
The report below is a compilation of some of the marches, rallies and caravans that took place on July 25, 2021 in more than a dozen cities in the United States, as well as demonstrations in Canada and other countries. The watchword in all of them: Demand an end to the 60 years of Washington’s economic war against Cuba, which has recently been intensified with 243 additional sanctions imposed by the Trump administration.

“Bridges of Love” — Something big is happening in Miami’s Cuban community!
On Sunday, February 28, more than 100 bicycles and cars supporting the Miami Caravan Against the Blockade made its way through the streets of Miami. Plastered with signs and banners, flashers blinking and horns blaring, the caravan demanded an end to the U.S. blockade of Cuba. It was the eighth in a series of caravans held on the last Sunday of each month by a movement that has grown from 11 bicycles last July. Their numbers have been doubling from month to month, with an ever-more-certain voice, and greater level of organization.
